Ford's & Daughter Used Tires

I have been to this place in the past. Usually very busy so be ready to wait. This is all well known but today I have been waiting for at least 2 hour. Car door is jacked up in the air ready to be worked on. Hummmm where are all the workers. Old man Clyde came through and now it’s a reunion. No worries I guess I get to sit and wait until they come back to work. Frustrated yet patient. The 3 star rating is because I have plenty of time to write another review.

Rude workers/owner and will charge you $30 to just touch a tire. Hidden fees, and my tires did not last. These reviews saying they are a good business is bogus. They need business training and etiquette lessons. Sad that people will try to squeeze extra money out of you because there greedy.

This place has some horrible customer service. After getting there they were helping to other gentlemen. There were only two workers there and I tried to be mindful and not bother them until they got finished helping the two customers. In the meantime several other individuals pulled in. Once they got finish helping the two customers around the same time they picked the person closest to them and asked them what they needed. At that point I mentioned in them that I have been standing there for 30 minutes and I was next. One worker stated “Well you only see is two of us here it’s not like you’re gonna have to stay here all day anyway.” Not only did the customers not be honest and say i was next everyone acted as if nothing was wrong. They were not mindful to work through customer service is and I do not recommend this place to anyone.

I called ahead, the gentleman was curtious, when I got there he took care of me like family. Even refered me to a guy for an alignment. Very honest. Best deal on a 245/70R16 size used and new I found.

Hit or miss as to whether they have good tires or not. You will see several people come in with leaks in their tires while you wait. They do free patches while you wait. I think they have a 10 day guarantee. The owner is a really nice guy.
